allstar Finland (business ID: 3191728-4), sells products to companies and individuals in EU. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products in our online store and similar deliveries.
These delivery conditions are valid from 1 August 2022. allstar Finland reserves the right to change the delivery conditions.
Products and product prices
The characteristics and prices of the online store's products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. allstar Finland reserves the right to change prices. The prices of the products include value added tax, which appears in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (e.g. weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method, and they are automatically added to the total of the order. You can see the shipping costs charged for your order (if shipping costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
Ordering and contract
You can order products on the homepage of our online store by moving them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and agree to our delivery conditions valid at any given time. You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed by us, is, except for what is mentioned later about the right of cancellation, binding and creates a contract between us with these terms of delivery.
Payment
The customer can pay with a payment card or another payment method offered by Stripe. The provider of the payment intermediary service is Stripe Payments Europe Limited, a company registered in Ireland.
By accepting these terms, the Customer also accepts Stripe's terms of use (Stripe Checkout User Terms of Service, Finland: www.stripe.com/fi/checkout/terms) and the privacy policy (Stripe Privacy Policy, Finland: www.stripe.com/fi/ privacy ).
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail, so you should enter your e-mail address when you place the order. The payment method used is also confirmed in the order confirmation.
If for some unexpected reason we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery
The products are delivered in one batch unless the customer separately requests delivery in several batches. The customer is responsible for additional delivery costs, unless otherwise agreed.
Orders placed in the online store are delivered using the delivery method you choose, in accordance with the terms of the transport company. The delivery time for products delivered from the warehouse is usually 1-4 business days. If the product is not in stock, the delivery time is usually 2-12 weeks.
Delivery costs are determined by the chosen delivery method, possible additional services, weight and size of the order. You can see the shipping costs in the checkout function of the online store before the final acceptance of the order.
If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported to allstar Finland without delay, but within 14 days. Packages damaged during delivery must be reported to the company responsible for delivery without delay.
Right of return and cancellation
The products have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, with the exception of custom-made fencing suits or fencing equipment or other products that have a name or country code printed on them or have been otherwise modified according to the customer's wishes. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to cancel an order placed in distance sales by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the order. In the event of a return, please contact us as soon as possible via email to info@allstarfinland.fi. We will send you return instructions.
The product to be returned must be unused and any product cards must still be attached to the clothes. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
If the customer wants to return the products he ordered, he himself pays the postage costs incurred for the return. When the order has returned to allstar Finland and we have determined that the product is faultless, we will pay the order amount in full to the payment method used by the customer. Postage and packaging costs are not refunded.
Please inspect the product as soon as you receive it. If there is an error in the product or it has been damaged during transport, contact info@allstarfinland.fi without delay - within 14 days at the latest - and you will receive instructions.
Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest, and we will agree on how to get the error corrected. In the consumer store, we comply with the mandatory error liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding errors.
Please note that not picking up the order is not cancellation of the order. If the package is returned to the seller, we charge 30 euros as a handling fee.
Liability for errors
The products have a manufacturer's warranty for manufacturing defects. For warranty matters, please contact: info@allstarfinland.fi. The warranty does not cover defects caused by careless or incorrect use of the product. Swords are martial arts equipment and sometimes it is possible for them to break or get damaged in the first match or practice. We do not provide any warranty in the event of blade breakage, even in normal sport usage, unless the customer can provide evidence of a material defect.
